to be a member of the Water Resources Council from and including the date of this appointment.

Appointing a Deputy Member of the National Water and Soil Conservation Authority

to be the deputy of Clutha Nantes Mackenzie, a member of the National Water and Soil Conservation Authority, from the date of this appointment.
