His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to constitute and appoint:
The Right Honourable Sir Ronald Keith Davison, G.B.E., C.M.G., Chief Justice of New Zealand,
to be Deputy of the Governor-General commencing at 9.00 a.m. on the 22nd day of July 1981 and during the period of the temporary absence of the Governor-General from the seat of Government while visiting England.
