EX PARTE—THE DISTRICT COMMISSIONER OF INLAND
REVENUE:
Notice is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of
the above-named company by the High Court was, on the
16th day of June 1981, presented to the said Court by the
DISTRICT COMMISSIONER OF INLAND REVENUE; and the said
petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at
Christchurch on the 29th day of July 1981 at 10 o’clock in
the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said
company desirous to support or oppose the making of an
order on the said petition may appear at the time of the
hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a
copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to
any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring
a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

TAKAPUNA CITY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF RESULT OF POLL ON LOAN PROPOSAL
PURSUANT to section 13 (2) (or section 38) of the Local
Authorities Loans Act 1956, notice is hereby given that a
poll of the ratepayers of the City of Takapuna taken on the
4th day of July 1981 on the proposal of the above-named
local authority to raise a loan of $2,630,000 to be known as
the Administration Building Loan 1981, for the purpose of
constructing an administration building on land owned by
Takapuna City Council in Channel View Road, Takapuna,
and all costs incidental thereto, resulted as follows:
The number of votes recorded for the proposal
was 4,276
The number of votes recorded against the pro-
posal was 6,086
The number of informal votes was 107
I therefore declare that the proposal was rejected.
