In the notice with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette, 4 June 1981, No. 68, page 1579, for “Ikanatua School Committee” read “Ikamatua School Committee”.


Amending a Proclamation Declaring Land Taken for a Local Work to be Crown Land in Blocks III and VIII, Taylor Pass Survey District, Marlborough County

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby amend the Proclamation dated the 16th day of December 1980 and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 1 of the 15th day of January 1981, at page 1 declaring land taken for a local work to be Crown land in Blocks III and VIII, Taylor Pass Survey District, Marlborough County, by deleting from the Schedule of the said Proclamation all reference whatsoever to the area of 443 square metres, situated in Block III, Taylor Pass Survey District and being part Lot 1, D.P. 780, shown coloured sepia on plan S.O. 4792.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 1st day of July 1981.

State Forest Land Set Apart as State Forest Park for Addition to Coromandel State Forest Park—Auckland Conservancy

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 63B (1) of the Forests Act 1949 (as substituted by section 19 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976), I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as State forest park which shall hereby form part of the Coromandel State Forest Park.


SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—THAMES-COROMANDEL DISTRICT

26.2000 hectares, more or less, being Section 35, Block XIV, Hastings Survey District, shown on plan N44/43, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington. (S.O. 47942).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand this 4th day of July 1981.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 63B (1) of the Forests Act 1949 (as substituted by section 19 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976), I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as State forest park which shall hereby form part of the Kaimai-Mamaku State Forest Park.


SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—MATAMATA COUNTY

92.1860 hectares, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. S. 24566, being parts Whaiti-Kuranui 4D2 and 4C2 Blocks and part Section 73, Block XVI, Tapapa Survey District, situated in Block XVI Tapapa, IV Tapapa East, IV Patetere North, and I Patetere North East Survey Districts. All certificate of title Volume 24D, folio 1192, as shown on plan N66/3, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 4th day of July 1981.
