Appointment of Chairman of the Urban Transport Council

PURSUANT to section 14 (1) of the Urban Transport Act 1980, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

THE Honourable Sir Douglas Julian Carter, KCMG, is hereby appointed to be the Chairman of the Urban Transport Council established pursuant to the Urban Transport Act 1980.

Appointment of Members of the Urban Transport Council

PURSUANT to section 14 (2) of the Urban Transport Act 1980, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

WRITTEN notice has been given to the said Minister that the persons specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto have been appointed as members of the Urban Transport Council, established pursuant to the Urban Transport Act 1980 by the person or body or persons or bodies specified in the second column of the Schedule hereto pursuant to section 14 (1) of the said Act.
