NOTEβAny person who intends to appear on the hearing of the said petition must serve on, or send by post to, the abovenamed, notice in writing of his intention so to do. The notice must state the name, address, and description of the person or, if a firm, the name, address and description of the firm, and an address for service within 5 kilometres of the office of the High Court at Dunedin, and must be signed by the person or firm, or his or their solicitor (if any), and must be served, or, if posted, must be sent by post in sufficient time to reach the above-named petitioner's address for service not later than 4 o'clock in the afternoon of the 28th day of July 1981.

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the High Court was, on the 11th day of June 1981, presented to the said Court by CARPET MILL PRODUCTS (S.I.) LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Christchurch; and the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Invercargill on the 6th day of August 1981 at 10 o'clock on the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

NEW ZEALAND WOOL BOARD
PURSUANT to regulation 15 of the Wool Industry Regulations 1978, notice is hereby given that the Adjusted Weighted Average Sale Price for the sale held on 30 June 1981, at Christchurch, was 271.15 cents per kilogram (greasy basis).
As this price is above the Government's supplementary minimum wool price of 235 cents per kilogram (greasy basis) for the 1980/81 season, no supplement is payable on wool sold at this sale or privately on 30 June 1981.
There is likewise no grower retention levy payable in terms of section 42 of the Wool Industry Act 1977, as the A.W.A.S.P. is less than the ruling trigger price of 330 cents per kilogram (greasy basis).

As this price is above the Government's supplementary minimum wool price of 235 cents per kilogram (greasy basis) no supplement is payable on wool until further notice.
There is likewise no grower retention levy payable in terms of section 42 of the Wool Industry Act 1977, as the A.W.A.S.P. is less than the ruling trigger price of 330 cents per kilogram (greasy basis).

PURSUANT to regulation 15 of the Wool Industry Regulations 1978, notice is hereby given that consequent upon the Minister of Agriculture announcing a supplementary minimum wool price of 320 cents per kilogram (greasy basis) for the 1981/82 wool season beginning on 1 July 1981 and as the Adjusted Weighted Average Sale Price for the Christchurch sale was 271.15 cents per kilogram (greasy basis) which is below the new minimum, Government supplement of 18.0 percent will be payable for all shorn and dead wool in lots of greater than 100 kilograms weight sold privately from and including the 1st day of July 1981 until midnight on the day before the next auction sale to be held.
