IN THE MATTER OF the Companies Act 1955, and IN THE MATTER
OF STEWART O'BRYAN LIMITED, a duly incorporated company
having its registered office at 138 Great North Road, Grey
Lynn:

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of
the above-named company by the High Court was, on the
25th day of June 1981, presented to the said Court by
R. BENSMA & ASSOCIATES LIMITED, a duly incorporated com-
pany having its registered office at Papakura; and that the
said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting
at Auckland on the 29th day of July 1981, at 10 o'clock in
the forenoon and any creditor or contributory of the said
company desirous to support or oppose the making of an
order on the said petitioner may appear at the time of hear-
ing in person or by his counsel and for that purpose; and a
copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to
any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring
a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

the said petitioner must serve on or send by post to, the above-
named, notice in writing of his intention so to do. The notice
must state the name, address, and description of the person,
or, if a firm, the name, address and description of the firm
and its address for service within 3 miles of the Court at
Auckland, and must be signed by the person or firm, or his
or their solicitor (if any), and must be served, or, if posted,
must be sent by post in sufficient time to reach the above-
named petitioner's address for service not later than 4 o'clock
in the afternoon of the 28th day of July 1981.

  1. The name of the special partnership is Machell Farms
    Limited & Company.

  2. The names, address, occupations and capital contributions
    of the general and special partners are as set forth in the

  3. The business of the partnership will be as follows:
    (a) To carry on the business of general farming, horticul-
    tural farming and orcharding and without limiting
    the generality thereof to carry on the business of
    blueberry farming.
    (b) To purchase lease lake on hire or by any other means
    acquire any freehold or leasehold property and rights
    privileges or easements over or in respect of any
    property.
    (c) To harvest crop grade store package and otherwise pre-
    pare for market or sale or export all or any product

    (d) To manage cultivate maintain lease sell or otherwise
    deal with or dispose of any land or buildings acquired
    or held by the partnership.

  4. The principal place at which the business of the partner-
    ship will be conducted is at Wallace Road, Te Awamutu.

  5. The partnership shall commence upon registration of this
    certificate pursuant to section 54 of the Partnership Act 1908
    and subject to the provisions of the partnership deed relating
    to earlier dissolution shall terminate upon the expiry of seven
    (7) years from the date of registration of this certificate.
