NOTICE OF APPOINTMENT OF RECEIVER FOR SOUTH ISLAND BULK CARPET SUPPLIES LTD.

Airedale Investments Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland, being the holder of a debenture in its favour bearing date the 21st day of February 1980, hereby gives notice that it has appointed John Owen Young of Christchurch, chartered accountant, a partner of Messrs Cox, Arcus and Co., chartered accountants, 311 Manchester Street, Christchurch, as receiver of all the property of South Island Bulk Carpet Supplies Ltd. including all its undertaking and goodwill of all its businesses and all its assets whatsoever and wheresoever and uncalled capital (including reserve capital) both present and future under the powers contained in the said debenture.
