Classification of Reserves

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares the reserves, described in the Schedule hereto, to be classified as reserves for local purpose (site for Rabbit Board buildings), subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Change of the Classification of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby changes the classification of the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, from a reserve for recreation purposes to a reserve for local purpose (site for community buildings), subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Declaration That Land is a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Paparua County Council on the 2nd day of March 1981: “That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Paparua County Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the said county in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be a reserve for recreation purposes within the meaning of the said Act.
