Kuranui College Committee of Management Notice 1981

PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Education (Committees of Management) Regulations 1981, the Wellington Education Board hereby gives the following notice.

N O T I C E

1. (1) This notice may be cited as the Kuranui College Committee of Management Notice 1981.
   (2) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of August 1981.

2. The Committee of Management of Kuranui College shall be constituted as follows:
   (a) One member appointed by the Wellington Education Board;
   (b) One member elected by the teachers of the school;
   (c) Five members elected by the parents of students attending the school;
   (d) The following additional members:
   One member appointed by the Wellington Education Board;
   One member appointed by the Greytown Borough Council;
   One member appointed by the South Wairarapa County Council;
   One member appointed by the Featherston County Council.

Classification of Reserve and Vesting in the Wellington City Council

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, to be classified as a reserve for recreation purposes, and vests the said reserve in the Wellington City Council in trust for that purpose.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT—WELLINGTON CITY

Classification of Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, to be classified as a reserve for recreation purposes, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT—HOROWHENUA COUNTY

5.6580 hectares, more or less, being part Horowhenua 11B 39 and Horowhenua 11B 38, situated in Block I, Waiopahu Survey District. All certificate of title 165/241 subject to Proclamation 500359. S.O. Plan 15589.

Also the surface waters of Lake Horowhenua and the land between the north-western boundary of the said Horowhenua 11B 38 and the surface waters of the said lake subject to certain rights as set out in section 18 of the Reserves and Other Lands Disposal Act 1956.

This notice is issued in substitution for the notice dated 28 August 1980 and published in New Zealand Gazette, No. 107, 11 September 1980, page 2704, and that notice is hereby cancelled.
