Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Licensed Premises—Hawke’s Bay Licensing Committee

THE notice with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette, dated 19 June 1980, No. 68, page 1814, clauses (a) and (b) should read as follows with the addition of new clause (c):

(a) On every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, (not being New Year’s Eve)—Opening at 9 o’clock in the morning and closing at 8 o’clock in the evening.

(b) On every Friday, Saturday and Christmas Eve (not being New Year’s Eve)—Opening at 10 o’clock in the morning and closing at 10 o’clock in the evening.

(c) On every New Year’s Eve—Opening at 10 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11.30 o’clock in the evening.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 71 of the Petroleum Act 1937, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the middle line of part of the Oaonui-Auckland pipeline (Papakura to Westfield Section) shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall affect only the lands situated within the limits of the area hatched black on the plans marked 0/148/24/3014/112 and 0/148/25/3014/101 to 0/148-25/3014/104 (inclusive) referred to in the said Schedule.
