PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, notice is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been set apart as State forest land as from the date of publication hereof.

PURSUANT to section 36 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, and the integration agreement entered into between the Minister of Education and the Proprietor of Sacred Heart Girls College, Hamilton, the Minister of Education hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. This notice shall be cited as the Sacred Heart Girls College, Hamilton (Attendance Dues) Notice 1981.

2. The Proprietor of Sacred Heart Girls College, Hamilton, may enter into an agreement with parents or other persons who accept responsibility for the education of a child at Sacred Heart Girls College, Hamilton, requiring them to pay attendance dues.

3. The attendance dues in respect of Sacred Heart Girls College, Hamilton, shall be up to $240 per pupil per annum.
