Classification of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, to be classified as a reserve for Government purpose (site for Government buildings), subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Notification of Management Plan

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, the Director-General of Lands hereby gives notice that the draft management plan for the Campbell Island Nature Reserve is available for inspection at the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, Charles Fergusson Building, Bowen Street, Wellington.

Persons or organisations interested in making objections to, or suggestions on the draft plan should forward a written submission to the director-general before 15 August 1981.

This notice is issued in substitution for the notice dated 9 June 1981 and published in New Zealand Gazette, No. 70, 11 June 1981, page 1627, and that notice is hereby cancelled.

Reservation of Land and Declaration that the Reserve be Part of the Papatowai Recreation Reserve

PURSUANT to the Lands Act 1948, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Director-General of Lands hereby sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto, as a reserve for recreation purposes, and further, pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, declares the said reserve to form part of the Papatowai Recreation Reserve to be administered as a reserve for recreation purposes by the South East Otago Reserves Board.
