The Water Recreation (Whareama River) Notice 1981
I, Robin Paul Taylor, Senior Executive Officer (Harbours and Foreshores), pursuant to the Water Recreation Regulations 1979* and in exercise of powers delegated to me pursuant to sections 8 and 9 of the Ministry of Transport Act 1968, hereby give the following notice:
NOTICE
- (a) This notice may be cited as the Water Recreation (Whareama River) Notice 1981.
(b) This notice shall come into force 14 days after publication in the New Zealand Gazette and shall remain in force until revoked by further notice in the Gazette.
- Subject to the conditions set forth in the Second Schedule hereto, regulations 7(1)(a), 7(1)(b) and 7(2), 8(1)(a), 8(1)(b) and 8(2) of the Water Recreation Regulations 1979, shall not apply to the area described in the First Schedule hereto excepting thereout the period of one week prior to and one week after the opening of the duck shooting season.
FIRST SCHEDULE
ALL that area of water in the Whareama River from the sea to the upstream side of the Wainimi Road bridge near Waiteko as more particularly shown coloured green on plan M.D. 16073, deposited in the office of the Ministry of Transport at Wellington.
SECOND SCHEDULE

Any person in charge of a vessel when proceeding at a speed greater than 5 knots within the area described in the foregoing Schedule to this notice shall not approach, pass, or carry out any manoeuvres that are likely to threaten the safety of or cause undue annoyance to any other person using the water for fishing, boating, swimming or other recreational pursuit.

All persons in charge of a vessel shall adhere to and keep the provisions of all Acts and regulations not specifically exempted by this notice.

A suitable notice as may be approved by the Regional Marine Officer, Ministry of Transport, Wellington, shall be erected at the sites deemed necessary by the Regional Marine Officer.

Cromwell College Committee of Management Notice 1981
PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Education (Committees of Management) Regulations 1981, the Otago Education Board hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
- (1) This notice may be cited as the Cromwell College Committee of Management Notice 1981.
(2) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of August 1981.
- The Committee of Management of Cromwell College shall be constituted as follows:
(a) One member appointed by the Otago Education Board;
(b) One member elected by the teachers of the school;
(c) Seven members elected by the parents of students attending the school;
(d) One member appointed by the School Committees of Cromwell Primary School and Goldfields Primary School;
(e) One member co-opted by the Committee.

PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Education (Committees of Management) Regulations 1981, the Otago Education Board hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
- (1) This notice may be cited as the Blue Mountain College Committee of Management Notice 1981.
(2) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of August 1981.
- The Committee of Management of Blue Mountain College shall be constituted as follows:
(a) One member appointed by the Otago Education Board;
(b) One member elected by the teachers of the school;
(c) Five members elected by the parents of students attending the school;
(d) One member appointed by the School Committee of Heriot School;
(e) One member appointed by the School Committee of Waikoikoi School;
(f) Two members appointed by the School Committee of Tapanui School.
