LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Christchurch and carrying on business there and elsewhere as contractors and suppliers of readymix concrete; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the court sitting at Christchurch on the 1st day of July 1981, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

TAUMARUNUI COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR ROADS
IN the matter of the Counties Act 1956, and its amendments and in the matter of the Public Works Act 1928, and its amendments:
NOTICE is hereby given that the Taumarunui County Council proposes under the provision of the above-named Acts to execute certain public work, namely the construction of roads and for the purpose of such work the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken, and notice is hereby further given that the plans of the lands required to be taken are deposited at the public office of the said council situated in Manuatu Street, Taumarunui, and are open for inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours. All persons affected by the taking of the said lands, if they have any objections (which are not objections as to the amount of payment of compensation) which they wish to make to the taking of the said lands must state their objections in writing and send the same within 40 days from the first publication of this notice to the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board, P.O. Box 12-244, Wellington; and that, if any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

MANGERE LAWN CEMETERY (ENLARGEMENT) BILL
The trustees of the Mangere Cemetery are promoting a private bill for purposes of conferring power on the trustees to extend the boundaries of the Mangere Lawn Cemetery and for related purposes. The proposed bill provides that the trustees are authorised and empowered to acquire land for the purposes of the cemetery. The proposed bill also confers power on the trustees to borrow money for the purposes of their powers.
Any communications or notices to the promoter may be sent to its solicitors, Messrs Brookfield Prendergast and Co., First Floor, Nagel House, Courthouse Lane, Auckland 1.
A copy of the proposed bill may be inspected at the offices of Brookfield Prendergast and Co.

ADVERTISEMENT OF CANCELLING
NOTICE is hereby given that the Registrar of Friendly Societies has pursuant to section 70 of the Friendly Societies Act 1909, by writing under his hand, dated this 8th day of June 1981, cancelled the registry of Wairoa Lodge No. 78, Register No. 146/71, branch of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows of New Zealand Friendly Society, on the ground that the said branch has ceased to exist.

NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT ACT 1979—ENVIRONMENTAL AUDIT NOTIFIED—PROPOSED SYNTHETIC PETROL PLANT AT MOTUNUI, NORTH TARANAKI
In accordance with section 5 of the National Development Act, I have completed an Environmental Audit on the proposal by New Zealand Synthetic Fuels Corporation Ltd. to construct a synthetic petrol plant and have forwarded a certificate of completion to the Planning Tribunal.
The audit is available for public inspection and sale as follows:

Copies of the audit are available for inspection as set out in Schedule A below.

Copies of the audit may be purchased from either the Commission for the Environment, Wellington, or from the public counter of the Department of Lands and Survey Office, Atkinson Building, Devon Street West, New Plymouth.
The audit comprises two volumes and is priced as follows:
Volume 1—Commission's Appraisal of the Proposal—$5 per copy.
Volume 2—Submissions received by the Commission—$10 per copy.
Agencies of the Government may obtain additional copies without charge on request to the Commission. Other parties are requested to include payment with their orders and to specify clearly the number of copies of volume 1 and volume 2 which are required.
