IN THE MATTER of MONTEL HOLDINGS LIMITED, a duly
incorporated company having its registered office at 65
Rathgar Road, Henderson, and carrying on the business of
silk screen printing and signwriting:
NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of
the above-named company by the High Court was, on the 30th
day of April 1981, presented to the said Court by PETER A.
SINTON of Auckland; and that the said petition is directed
to be heard before the Court sitting at Auckland on Wednes-
day, the 24th day of June 1981, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon;
and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous
in support or opposed to the making of an order on the said
petition may appear at that time of hearing in person or by
his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will
be furnished to the undersigned to any creditor or contributory
of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the
regulated charge for the same.

IN THE MATTER of a special partnership known as TRADCON
INTERNATIONAL LIMITED AND COMPANY:
WE, the persons named and described in the Schedule hereto
and TRADCON INTERNATIONAL LIMITED, a duly incorporated
company having its registered office at Auckland, do hereby
certify that by registration of this certificate we do hereby
form and constitute a special partnership under the provisions
of Part II of the Partnership Act 1908, and do hereby further
certify pursuant to the provisions of section 51 of the said Act
as follows:
(a) The style of the firm under which the partnership is to
be conducted is Tradcon International Limited and
Company.
(b) The names and places of residence of all the partners
are as follows:
General Partner—Tradcon International Limited,
a duly incorporated company having its registered
office at Parnell House, 470 Parnell Road, Auckland
Special Partners—The persons whose names and
addresses are set forth in the Schedule hereto.
(c) The aforesaid special partners have contributed to the
common stock of the partnership the sums listed
against their respective names in the Schedule hereto.
The general partner has not contributed to the com-
mon stock of the partnership.
(d) The general nature of the business to be transacted by
the partnership is that of an export merchant and
to—
(i) Promote, form, establish and manage a special
partnership to be formed under Part II of the Part-
nership Act 1908, under the name or style of Tradcon
International Limited and Company to carry on busi-
ness as an export merchant or house in all branches
of such business, and
(ii) Commence, acquire by purchase or otherwise
and to carry on all or any of the business of export-
ers, importers, manufacturers, vendors, purchasers,
lessors, retailers, warehousemen, agents for all or any
goods, produce, articles, materials or products of all
or any description,
and such other business as may from time to time
seem to the partners as convenient or conducive to
the attainment of the objects of the partnership.
