IN THE MATTER of the Companies Act 1955, and IN THE MATTER
of PARDOE ENGINEERING LIMITED, a company duly incor-
porated under the Companies Act 1955, having its registered
office at D. F. Edmundson Esquire, No. 3 Milton Road,
Napier, and carrying on business as general engineers:
NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up
of the above-named company by the High Court was, on
the 5th day of November 1980, presented to the High Court
by CLASSIC DECOR LIMITED, a duly incorporated company
having its registered office in Napier; and the said petition
is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Napier, on
the 13th day of February 1981, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon;
and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous
to support or oppose the making of an order on the said
petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or
by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition
will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or con-
tributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment
of the regulated charge for the same.

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up
of the above-named company by the High Court was, on
the 7th day of November 1980, presented to the said Court
by COMBINED HOLDINGS LIMITED, the registered office
of which is at Hebden Crescent, Lower Hutt; and that the said
petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at
New Plymouth, on the 27th day of February 1981, at 10
o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of
the said company desirous to support or oppose the making
of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of
hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and

HURUNUI LICENSING COMMITTEE
ELECTION OF FOUR MEMBERS
PURSUANT to the provisions of section 36 of the Sale of
Liquor Act 1962, I, Arthur Frank Rapley, Clerk of the
Rangiora Borough Council (being the controlling authority
within the Hurunui Licensing District), hereby declare that
the following persons were elected as members of the
Hurunui Licensing Committee at an election held in Rangiora
on the 19th day of January 1981.

NEW ZEALAND WOOL BOARD
PURSUANT to regulation 15 of the Wool Industry Regulations
1978, notice is hereby given that the Adjusted Weighted
Average Sale Price for the sales held on 21 January 1981
at Christchurch was 248.65 cents per kilogram (greasy basis).
As this price is above the Government’s supplementary
minimum wool price of 235 cents per kilogram (greasy basis)
no supplement is payable on wool until further notice.
There is likewise no grower retention levy payable in
terms of section 42 of the Wool Industry Act 1977, as the
A.W.A.S.P. is less than the ruling trigger price of 330 cents
per kilogram (greasy basis).
