NOTICE TO CREDITORS TO PROVE

IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and of KAIHU
LOGGING CO. LTD. (in liquidation):

The liquidator of Kaihu Logging Co. Ltd., which is being
wound up voluntarily, doth fix the 19th day of February
1981, as the day on or before which the creditors of the
company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish
any title they may have to priority under section 308 of
the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution
made before such debts are proved, or, as the case may be,
from objecting to such distribution.

NOTICE OF FINAL WINDING-UP MEETING

IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter
of NEVILLE’S LTD. (in liquidation):

Notice is hereby given in pursuance of section 281 of the
Companies Act 1955, that a general meeting of the above-
named company will be held at 375 Oceanbeach Road,
Mount Maunganui, on Monday, 16 February 1981, at 10
o’clock in the morning, for the purpose of having an account
laid before the meeting showing the manner in which the
winding up has been conducted and the property of the com-
pany disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may
be given by the liquidator, and also of determining by
extraordinary resolution the manner in which the books,
accounts, and documents of the company and of the liquidator
thereof shall be disposed of.

IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter
of MAYNE NICKLESS LTD.:

Notice is hereby given that the order of the High Court of
New Zealand dated 17 December 1970, confirming the re-
duction of capital of the above-named company from $1,074,000
to $734,000 and the minute approved by the Court showing,
with respect to the capital of the company as altered, the
several particulars required by the above-named Act, was
registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 22nd day of
January 1981. The said minute is in the words and figures
following:

The capital of Mayne Nickless Ltd. is $734,000 divided
into 367,000 fully paid ordinary shares of $2 each having
been reduced from $1,074,000 divided into 537,000 fully
paid ordinary shares of $2 each.
