PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the transmission of electricity (transformer site), from and after the 29th day of January 1981.

Declaring Road in Block IV, Waitara Survey District, Clifton County, to be Government Road, and to be Stopped and to be Crown Land

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby:

(a) Declares the road described in the Schedule hereto to be a Government road; and

(b) Stops the said road;

and further, pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, declares the stopped Government road to be Crown Land subject to the Land Act 1948, as from the 29th day of January 1981.
