Declaring Land Taken, Subject to Certain Encumbrances, for a State Primary School in the Borough of Glen Eden

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the easements created by transfers 120096 and 570207.4 and to the agreements as to fencing contained in transfers 396290, 409394, and 430179, North Auckland Land Registry, for a State primary school, from and after the 29th day of January 1981.

Amending a Declaration Declaring Additional Land for a Police Station in the City of New Plymouth

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated the 5th day of November 1980, and published in New Zealand Gazette, 13 November 1980, No. 133, p. 3318, declaring additional land taken for a police station in the City of New Plymouth, by the addition of the words “together with and subject to sewerage rights contained in document number 37830” in the body of the declaration after the words “is hereby taken” and before the words “for a police station”.
