Vesting a Reserve in the Blenheim Borough Council

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands, hereby vests the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, in the Blenheim Borough Council in trust for recreation purposes.

Classification of Reserve

Classification of Parts of a Reserve

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Kawerau Borough Council and Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve
