Declaring Land Taken for Road in Block XVI, Apiti Survey District, Pohangina County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road, and shall vest in the Pohangina County Council, from and after the 4th day of June 1981.

Amending a Notice Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work and Not Required for that Purpose to be Crown Land in Block IX, Town of Hirstfield

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice, dated the 30th day of March 1981, published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 37, 9 April 1981, page 894, declaring land acquired for a Government work and not required for that purpose to be Crown land in Block IX, Town of Hirstfield, pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, by omitting the words “Otago Land District” from the Schedule’s heading and substituting “Southland Land District”.
