Declaring Land Held for the Northcote-Albany Motorway in the City of Takapuna to be Crown Land

PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948, as from the 4th day of June 1981.

Declaring Land Taken for a Cemetery, a Drain, a Recreation Ground and for Road in Blocks III, IV and VIII, Heretaunga Survey District, City of Napier and Hawke’s Bay County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a cemetery, the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a drain, the land described in the Third and Fourth Schedules hereto is hereby taken for a recreation ground and the land described in the Fifth Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and shall all vest in the Napier City Council, from and after the 4th day of June 1981.
