IN THE MATTER of the Companies Act 1955, and IN THE MATTER of LANE WALKER RUDKIN LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Christchurch:
NOTICE is hereby given that the order of the High Court of New Zealand, dated the 14th day of May 1981, confirming the reduction of capital of the above-named company from $2,900,000 to $2,700,000 and the minute approved by the Court showing, with respect to the capital of the company as altered, the several particulars required by the above-mentioned Act, was registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 21st day of May 1981.
The said minute is in the words and figures following:
The capital of Lane Walker Rudkin Limited is $2,700,000 divided into 5,400,000 fully paid ordinary shares of 50 cents each having been reduced from $2,900,000 divided into 5,400,000 fully paid ordinary 50 cent shares and 100,000 fully paid 5 percent accumulative preference $2 shares.

MANGERE LAWN CEMETERY (ENLARGEMENT) BILL
The trustees of the Mangere Cemetery are promoting a private bill for purposes of conferring power on the trustees to extend the boundaries of the Mangere Lawn Cemetery and for related purposes. The proposed bill provides that the trustees are authorised and empowered to acquire land for the purposes of the cemetery. The proposed bill also confers power on the trustees to borrow money for the purposes of their powers.
Any communications or notices to the promoter may be sent to its solicitors, Messrs Brookfield Prendergast and Co., First Floor, Nagel House, Courthouse Lane, Auckland 1.
A copy of the proposed bill may be inspected at the offices of Brookfield Prendergast and Co.

NEW ZEALAND WOOL BOARD
PURSUANT to regulation 15 of the Wool Industry Regulations 1978, notice is hereby given that the Adjusted Weighted Average Sale Price for the sale held on 20 May 1981 at Timaru was 254.75 cents per kilogram (greasy basis).
As this price is above the Government’s supplementary minimum wool price of 235 cents per kilogram (greasy basis) no supplement is payable on wool until further notice.
There is likewise no grower retention levy payable in terms of section 42 of the Wool Industry Act 1977, as the A.W.A.S.P. is less than the ruling trigger price of 330 cents per kilogram (greasy basis).
