NOTICE OF APPOINTMENT OF RECEIVERS
Pursuant to Section 346 (1)

Name of Company: TUDOR CONFECTIONERY LTD.

The Bank of New Zealand with reference to Tudor Confectionery Ltd., hereby gives notice that on the 21st day of May 1981, the Bank appointed Roderick Thomas McKenzie and Allen Mervyn Johns, both chartered accountants, whose offices are at the offices of Messrs Wilkinson, Wilberfoss and Co., MLC Building, The Square, Palmerston North, jointly and severally as receivers of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 30th day of January 1979. The receivers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking, and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects whatsoever, and wheresoever, both present and future including its uncalled and unpaid capital.

The Bank of New Zealand with reference to Adams and Piercy Ltd., hereby gives notice that on the 21st day of May 1981, the Bank appointed John Harold Gaukrodger, chartered accountant, whose office is at the offices of Messrs Baron and Partners, Chartered Accountants, 298 Tistram Street, Hamilton, as receiver of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument, dated the 7th day of July 1977. The receiver has been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects whatsoever, and wheresoever, both present and future including its uncalled and unpaid capital.

NOTICE CALLING FINAL MEETING

IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of CONDOR CRAFT LTD. (in liquidation):

NOTICE is hereby given in pursuance of section 291 of the Companies Act 1955, that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will be held at Federated Farmers Rooms, corner Grey and Kahutia Streets, Gisborne, on Wednesday, the 10th day of June 1981, at 10.30 a.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before it showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of, and to receive any explanation thereof by the liquidator.

(1) To consider and if thought fit to pass the following resolution as an extra-ordinary resolution, namely:

That the liquidator retain the books and papers of the company and of the liquidator for a period of 5 years from the dissolution of the company.
