Road Closed and Vested in Block V, Tangihua Survey District, Whangarei County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims that the road described in the First and Second Schedules hereto is hereby closed, and that the road firstly and secondly described in the First Schedule hereto shall, when so closed, vest in Raymond Francis Cotton of Maungakaramea, farmer, and Helen Marjorie Cotton, his wife, as tenants in common in equal shares, and that the road thirdly, fourthly, fifthly, sixthly and seventhly described in the First Schedule hereto, shall, when so closed, vest in John Geoffrey Rawson of Whangarei, schoolteacher, subject to mortgage No. 872269.1, and that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto shall, when so closed, vest in Norman Thomas Nichol of Maungakaramea, farmer, subject to mortgages Nos. A3254, 235445.4 and 777338.1, and statutory land charge No. 773386.1, North Auckland Land Registry.
