Land Taken for the Disposal of Refuse and Rubbish in
Block II, Tāhoraiti Survey District, Dannevirke County

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the disposal of refuse and rubbish and shall vest in the Dannevirke Borough Council as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of May 1981.

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block II, Tāhoraiti Survey District, described as follows:

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is set apart for a limited access road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of May 1981.

ALL that piece of land containing 4959 square metres, situated in Block IV, Newcastle Survey District, being part Allotments 78 and 80 to 87 (inclusive), Taupiri Village; as shown on plan S.O. 50898, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton, and thereon marked “A”.

Revoking Previous Proclamation as to Part

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 15th day of November 1973 and published in New Zealand Gazette, No. 115, 6 December 1973, p. 2681, insofar as it refers to the land firstly described in the First Schedule hereto; and also proclaim and declare that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the generation of electricity.
