Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Licensed Premises—Marlborough Licensing Committee

PURSUANT to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, John Fraser Robertson, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Marlborough Licensing Committee, on 30 April 1981, made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises known as the Federal Hotel, Picton.

To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:

(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (not being Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve). Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 10 o’clock in the evening.

(b) On any Friday, Saturday and Christmas Eve. Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.

(c) On every New Year’s Eve. Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 00.30 o’clock in the morning of New Year’s Day.

Notifying the Exchange of State Forest Land for Other Land—Rotorua Conservancy

PURSUANT to section 22 of the Forests Act 1949, as substituted by section 7 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976, the Minister of Forests has exchanged the State forest land described in the First Schedule hereto for other land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE

STATE FOREST LAND—SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—MATAMATA COUNTY

149.1700 hectares, more or less, being Section 1, situated in Block I, Patetere North East Survey District. Part New Zealand Gazette, 1925, page 153. (S.O. Plan 49194).

7.3040 hectares, more or less, being Section 4, situated in Block IV, Tapapa East Survey District. Part New Zealand Gazette, 1925, page 155. (S.O. Plan 49193).

As shown on plans N66/1 and 2, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington.

SECOND SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—MATAMATA COUNTY

92.1860 hectares, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. S. 24566, being parts Whaiti-Kurangi 4D2 and 4C2 Blocks and part Section 73, Block XVI, Tapapa Survey District, situated in Block XVI Tapapa, IV Tapapa East, IV Patetere North, and I Patetere North East Survey Districts. All certificate of title Volume 24D, folio 1192. As shown on plan N66/3, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington.

SECOND SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—WHAKATANE DISTRICT

12.6717 hectares, more or less, being parts Ngatimana B4 Block, situated in Blocks XII and XVI, Kaingaroa Survey District, and Blocks IX and XIII, Galatea Survey District. Part certificate of title, Volume 23A, folio 1333 (M.L. 21051, 21052, 21053), as shown on plans N86/23, 24, and 25, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington.
