Land Proclaimed as Road and Land Taken in Blocks IV, V, and VI, Wairaki Survey District, and Block V, Centre Hill Survey District, Wallace County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Wallace County Council and hereby takes the land first described in the Second Schedule hereto, and resumes the land secondly and thirdly described in the Second Schedule for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29, and declares that the land secondly described in the Second Schedule, when so resumed, shall vest in Doris Mary Pears, widow, Kenneth James Pears, farmer, Robin Christie Pears, farmer, all of Dunrobin Valley, and Richard Keith Pears of Gore, medical practitioner, as executors, subject to mortgages No. 046716.5 and 063788.1.
