PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and shall vest in the Tauranga County Council, from and after the 21st day of May 1981.

Land Proclaimed as Road, and Road Closed and Vested in Block II, Weber Survey District, Dannevirke County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and also hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second and Third Schedules hereto, is hereby closed and declares that the road described in the said Second Schedule shall when so closed vest in Peter Massey Jackson Smith of Toi Flat, sheepfarmer, and Nan Clare Smith, his wife, as tenants in common in equal shares, subject to memoranda of mortgage No. 215448 and 250808, Hawke’s Bay Land Registry, and that the road described in the said Third Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in Peter Massey Jackson Smith of Toi Flat, farmer, and Nan Clare Smith, his wife, and John Frank Hamilton Watson of Dannevirke, chartered accountant, subject to memoranda of mortgage No. 215448, 250808 and 331687.1, Hawke’s Bay Land Registry.
