The St. Bernard's College Board of Governors Notice 1981

PURSUANT to section 51 of the Education Act 1964, the Minister of Education gives the following notice:

NOTICE

  1. (a) This notice may be cited as the St. Bernard's College Board of Governors Notice 1981.
    (b) This notice shall come into force on 25 May 1981.
  2. The Board of Governors of St. Bernard's College shall be constituted as follows:
    (a) One member appointed by the education board of the district of Wellington;
    (b) One member elected by the teachers of the school;
    (c) Five members elected by the parents of pupils attending the school;
    (d) Four members appointed by the proprietor of the school.

The Milk Producer Prices and Allowances Notice 1980, Amendment No. 6 (No. 2587, Ag. 4[51/12)

PURSUANT to section 25 (2) of the Milk Act 1967, the Minister of Agriculture hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

  1. (1) This notice may be cited as the Milk Producer Prices and Allowances Notice 1980, Amendment No. 6.
    (2) This notice shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of September 1980.

  2. The First Schedule to the Milk Producer Prices and Allowances Notice 1980 (as substituted by the Milk Producer Prices and Allowances Notice 1980, Amendment No. 5) is hereby revoked and the Schedule to this notice is hereby substituted therefore.

  3. The Milk Producer Prices and Allowances Notice 1980, Amendment No. 5*, is hereby consequently revoked.

Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 25) 1980

PURSUANT to regulation 17 of the Import Control Regulations 1973*, the Minister of Trade and Industry hereby gives notice as follows:

  1. (a) This notice may be cited as the Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 25) 1980.
    (b) This notice shall come into force on the day after its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

  2. Goods of the classes specified and for the purposes of the Customs Tariff falling within the Tariff items in the First Schedule hereto, imported from and being the produce or manufacture of any country, are hereby exempted from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations.

  3. Goods of the classes specified and for the purposes of the Customs Tariff falling within the Tariff items in the Second Schedule hereto, imported from and being the produce or manufacture of Australia, are hereby exempted from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations.

  4. The exemption from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations in respect of the goods of the classes set forth in the Third Schedule hereto, included in the exempting notice shown in the Third Schedule are hereby withdrawn.
