PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road, from and after the 14th day of May 1981.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Hokianga County Council, and also proclaims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, and also hereby resumes the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29, and hereby declares that the said land shall, when so resumed, vest in the Maori Owners of Ohorotu Block contained in certificate of title No. 2D/39, North Auckland Land Registry.
