Declaring Land Taken for a Hospital in Blocks IV and VIII, Heretaunga Survey District, City of Napier

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a hospital, and shall vest in the Hawke’s Bay Hospital Board, from and after the 14th day of May 1981.

Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed and Vested, Road Closed and Incorporated and Land Taken in Blocks V and IX, Wyndham Survey District, Southland County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Southland County Council; hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, and hereby takes the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection 6 of the said section 29, and declares that the road first described in the Second Schedule, when so closed, shall vest in Isabella Francis Sloan of Mataura Island, widow, subject to mortgage No. 002707.1, the road secondly described in the Second Schedule, when so closed, shall vest in Greg Osborne Hunter of Mataura Island, farmer, subject to mortgages No. 057579.3 and 057579.4, the road thirdly described in the Second Schedule, when so closed, shall vest in Malcolm Robert Hunter of Glenham, farmer, subject to mortgages No. 057578.4, 057578.5 and 057578.6, the road sixthly and ninthly described in the Second Schedule, when so closed, shall vest in Alan Howe Dodd of Glenham, farmer, Dorothy Hazel Dodd, his wife, and Jeffrey William Lamb of Glenham, farmer, as tenants in common in equal shares subject to mortgage No. 206375, the road fourthly and fifthly described in the Second Schedule, when so closed, shall vest in Ronald Murray McGimpsey of Glenham, farmer, and Bernice Fay McGimpsey, his wife, as tenants in common in equal shares subject to caveat No. 062124.1 (affects the one-half shares of Ronald Murray McGimpsey only), the road eighthly and tenthly described in the Second Schedule, when so closed, shall be incorporated in lease in perpetuity No. 833, contained in certificate of title, Volume 69, folio 139, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Robert Jennings of Glenham, farmer, as executor.
