Setting Apart Land Held for Car Sheds in Connection with Electric Tramways for Road in Block XI, Port Nicholson Survey District, City of Wellington

A PROCLAMATION
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto was taken for car sheds in connection with electric tramways and vested in the Wellington City Council by a Proclamation dated the 12th day of September 1912, and published in the Gazette No. 69, 1912, at p. 2540 and 2541. Now therefore pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1952, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the said land is hereby set apart as from the 14th day of May 1981 for the road.
SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 478 square metres, situated in Block XI, Port Nicholson Survey District, City of Wellington, being part Town Belt, Town of Wellington; as shown on plan S.O. 28023, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Wellington and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 5th day of May 1981.

PURSUANT to the Forest and Rural Fires Act 1977, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER

This order may be cited as the Moutere Hills Rural Fire District Order 1959, Amendment No. 6 and shall be read together with and deemed part of the order constituting the Moutere Hills Rural Fire District made on the 17th day of June 1959* (hereinafter referred to as the principal order).

The principal order is hereby cited as the Moutere Hills Rural Fire District Order 1959.

The constitution of the Moutere Hills Rural Fire District, Committee as established in the principal order and subsequently amended is made up as follows:
