NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of
the above-named company by the High Court was, on the 27th day of April 1981, presented to the said Court by the
COMMISSIONER OF INLAND REVENUE; and that the said petition
is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Auckland,
on Wednesday, the 20th day of May 1981, at 10 o’clock in
the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said
company desirous to support or oppose the making of an
order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing
in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of
the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any
creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy
on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

NOTICE is hereby given that a sealed copy of the order of
the High Court of New Zealand, dated the 7th day of April
1981, confirming the reduction of the company’s share
premium account, was registered with the Registrar of Com-
panies at Auckland, on the 24th day of April 1981. The said
order is in the words and figures following:

1. That the reduction of the share premium account effected
   by special resolution passed at the extraordinary general
   meeting of the applicant company, held on the 18th day of
   March 1981, whereby the company is permitted to distribute
   up to the sum of $6,074,179.00 from the amount standing to
   the credit of the share premium account in the books of the
   company be and the same is hereby confirmed.

2. That notice of the registration of this order be published
   once in the New Zealand Gazette.

3. That a sealed copy of this order be registered with the
   Registrar of Companies at Auckland.
