EVIDENCE having been furnished of the loss of the outstanding duplicate of the certificate of title, Volume 3A, folio 1469 (Westland Registry), in the name of Charles Jamieson and Sons Ltd. at Christchurch, for 213 acres and 30 perches, more or less, situated in Block XIII, Totara Survey District, being Rural Sections 4686 and 4687.

Application 60317, having been made to me to issue a new certificate of title in lieu thereof, I hereby give notice of my intention to issue such new certificate of title on the expiry of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

Notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such provisional mortgage upon the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
