Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation

PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori Reservation for the purpose of a burial ground for the common use and benefit of the members of the Otaraoa Hapu of the Te Atiawa Tribe.

National Roads Board—Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

It is notified that the National Roads Board by resolution dated 15 April 1981 and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of State highway No. 99, Lorne Corner to Oreti river section, for half its width on the southern side commencing 180 metres east of the western boundary of (Lot 1, D.P. 10313, certificate of title 6B/423), and extending westwards for 60 metres, as more particularly shown on sheet 1 of plan LA 73/35/44/2, and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Invercargill, and there available for public inspection to be a limited access road.

National Roads Board—Notice Partially Revoking Declaration of State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

REFERRING to State highway No. 60, Takaka to Puramahoi section as more particularly shown on sheets 1 to 2 of plan LA 54/62/1, and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Nelson, and there available for public inspection, it is notified that the National Roads Board by resolution dated 15 April 1981 and pursuant to subsection 5 of section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby revokes its resolution dated 15 February 1978* made pursuant to the said section 4 in so far as it affects that part of the limited access road declaration for half its width on the eastern side commencing at the point of the junction of the southern boundary of part 12 of Section 13, Takaka District (certificate of title 72/264), with the State highway and extending northward across the frontage of part 12 for distance of 90.85 metres.

REFERRING to State highway No. 60, Motueka to Hop Research Station section as more particularly shown on sheets 1 to 4 of plan LA 54/58/1, and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Nelson, and there available for public inspection, it is notified that the National Roads Board by resolution dated 15 April 1981 and pursuant to subsection 5 of section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby revokes its resolution dated 31 July 1975* made pursuant to the said section 4 in so far as it affects that part of the limited access road declaration for half its width on the western side across the whole frontage of part Lot 1, D.P. 1890 (certificate of title 3C/223).

S. 17626).
