Import Licence Tendering Scheme—Results of Tenders for Lot 4—Round One

THE following are the official results of tenders for Lot 4 Round One of the Import Licence Tendering Scheme. Licences obtained by this procedure are valid for one year from the date of publication of this notice. All tenderers will receive separate notification of their results.

In submitting these tenders, each tenderer has signed an undertaking which states that: he or she is domiciled in New Zealand; has been actively trading throughout the immediately preceding twelve months; does not act in this matter on behalf of any other person; and has not submitted tenders in excess of the maximum number of tenders specified in the Call for Tenders to which this tender relates.

Tenderers for Tender Numbers 1981/78 to 1981/81, and 1981/83 to 1981/87, for which a servicing and spares preregistration is required, have also signed an undertaking to provide the necessary spare parts and servicing facilities to meet the normal requirements of customers.

Tenderers are referred to the press statement of 2 April 1981 released by the Acting Minister of Trade and Industry, copies of which are available from the Department of Trade and Industry. If, in terms of this statement, it is necessary to reallocate licence units where tenderers have withdrawn their tenders the details of such allocations will be published in the Gazette.
