NOTICE is hereby given that the order of the High Court at Wellington, dated the 13th day of April 1981, confirming the reduction of capital of the above-named company from $210,000 to $10,000, and the minute approved by the Court, showing with respect to the capital of the company, as altered the several particulars required by the above statute, was registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 23rd day of April 1981.

MINUTE OF REDUCTION OF CAPITAL

The capital of Central Oil Exploration Limited, henceforth is reduced from the former capital of $210,000 divided into 10,000 ordinary shares of $1.00 each, and 200,000, 7 percent non-cumulative redeemable preference shares of $1.00 each to $10,000 divided into 10,000 ordinary shares of $1.00 each.

At date of registration of this minute the 10,000 ordinary shares of $1.00 each have been issued and are deemed to be fully paid up.
