Notice is hereby given that a petition for winding-up of the above-named company was, on the 19th day of March 1981, presented to the said court by Europa Oil (N.Z.) LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Wellington; and the said petition is directed to be heard before the court sitting at Christchurch, on the 29th day of April 1981, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of the hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

NOTE—Any person who intends to appear on the hearing of the said petition must serve on, or send by post to, the abovenamed, notice in writing of his intention to do so. The notice must state the name, address, and description of the person, or if a firm, the name, address, and description of the firm and an address for service within 3 miles of the office of the High Court at Christchurch, and must be signed by the person or firm, or his or their solicitor (if any), and must be sent by post in sufficient time to reach the above-named petitioner’s address for service not later than 4 o’clock in the afternoon of the 28th day of April 1981.

WAIPA COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
Public notice is hereby given that the Waipa County Council proposes to execute a certain public work, to wit, the construction of a public road for which purpose the land described in the Schedule hereto requires to be taken by the Council under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928.
A plan of the land required to be taken as aforesaid lies open to public inspection at the office of the Council in Bank Street, Te Awamutu.
Every person directly affected is hereby called upon to set forth in writing any objection he may wish to make to the execution of such work or to the taking of such land not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation and to send such written objection to the Planning Tribunal, Wellington, within 40 days from the first publication of this notice. A public hearing of the objection will be held unless the objector otherwise requires and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.
