Establishment of Small Claims Tribunals

PURSUANT to section 4 (1) of the Small Claims Tribunals Act 1976, I hereby establish tribunals to exercise the jurisdiction in respect of small claims created by that Act at the following places:

Auckland,
Otahuhu,
North Shore, and
Henderson.

Each tribunal shall be a division of the District Court at the place in which it is located.

PURSUANT to section 25 (2) of the Milk Act 1967, the Minister of Agriculture hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. (1) This notice may be cited as the Milk Producer Prices and Allowances Notice 1980, Amendment No. 5.
   (2) This notice shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of September 1979.

2. The First Schedule to the Milk Producer Prices and Allowances Notice 1980 (as substituted by the Milk Producer Prices and Allowances Notice 1980, Amendment No. 4) is hereby revoked and the Schedule to this notice is hereby substituted therefore.

3. The Milk Producer Prices and Allowances Notice 1980, Amendment No. 4*, is hereby consequentially revoked.

The Traffic (Mosgiel Borough and Silverpeaks County) Notice No. 1, 1981

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Mosgiel Borough and Silverpeaks County) Notice No. 1, 1981.

The road specified in the First Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a closely populated locality for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

The roads specified in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

The roads specified in the Third Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be 70 kilometres an hour speed limit areas pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976*.

The Traffic (Mosgiel Borough and Taieri County) Notice No. 1, 1981, dated the 2nd day of February 1981†, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, and regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976 is hereby revoked.
