PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Whangarei County Council, and also proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed, and shall, when so closed, vest in Edwin James Smith of Hikurangi, farmer, subject to memoranda of mortgage Nos. 372341.2, 022981.4, 448191.1, and 362902.1, North Auckland Land Registry.

Land Proclaimed as Road and Land Taken and Vested in Block II, Mangawhai Survey District, Otamatea County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Otamatea County Council, and also proclaims that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29, and that the land firstly described in the Second Schedule hereto shall, when so taken, vest in Desmond Clifford Cullen and Ian Leonard Cullen of Mangawhai, farmers, as tenants in common in equal shares, and that the land secondly described in the Second Schedule hereto shall, when so taken, vest in Raymond Linder Nilsson and John James Nilsson of Dargaville, farmers.
