NOTICE CALLING FINAL MEETING
IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of WHENUAKURA-WAVERLEY CO-OPERATIVE DAIRY CO. LTD. (in liquidation):
NOTICE is hereby given in pursuance of section 281 of the Companies Act 1955, that a general meeting of the above-named company will be held in the Conference Room, Clarendon Hotel, Weraroa Road, Waverley, on Wednesday, the 22nd day of April 1981, at 7.30 in the evening, for the purpose of having an account laid before it showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of and to receive any explanations thereof by the liquidators.
Further Business:
That pursuant to section 328 of the Companies Act 1955, the minute books of the company be committed to the care of the librarian of Massey University and the other books papers and records of the company remain in the care of Messrs Veitch Lind and Beguely, chartered accountants, Hawera, for a period of 7 years and then be committed to the custody of Kiwi Co-operative Dairies Ltd.
General Business.
Every member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not also be a member.

NOTICE is hereby given in pursuance of section 281 of the Companies Act 1955 that a general meeting of the above-named company will be held at the office of Wilkinson Wilberfoss, Fourth Floor of Phoenix House, Tennyson Street, Napier, on Thursday, the 23rd day of April 1981, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon for the purpose of having an account laid before it showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of, and to receive any explanation thereof by the liquidator.

To consider and if thought fit to pass the following resolution as an extraordinary resolution, namely:
