838 THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE No. 35

The Transport (Towage Fees) Notice 1981

PURSUANT to section 2 (1) of the Transport Act 1962 (as amended by section 2 (4) of the Transport Amendment Act 1980), the Deputy Secretary for Transport, acting pursuant to section 6 (2) of the Ministry of Transport Act 1968, hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Transport (Towage Fees) Notice 1981.
(2) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of April 1981.
Towage fees—The towage fees payable under section 42A of the Transport Act 1962 shall be the fees set out in the Schedule to this notice.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This note is not part of the notice, but is intended to indicate its general effect.

This notice, which comes into force on 1 April 1981, prescribes the towage fees payable where expenses are incurred by an enforcement authority in respect of the movement or proposed movement of a vehicle involved in a parking offence.
