Copies of the titles concerned are available for free inspection during normal office hours at the office of the City Solicitor, Seventh Floor, Municipal Offices, Mercer Street.

Persons affected by the proposed change and wishing to object to it, should lodge their objections in writing with the Town Clerk, Wellington City Council, Municipal Office Building, Mercer Street, Wellington (P.O. Box 2199), on or before the 4th day of May 1981.

SCHEDULE

(a) 16 square metres, situated in Luxford Street, being all the land comprised in certificate of title 20D/1052 (Wellington Registry), to “sanitary conveniences”; and

(b) 797 square metres, situated in Luxford Street, being all the land comprised in certificate of title 20D/1053 (Wellington Registry), to “commercial purposes”; and

(c) 102 square metres, situated in Adelaide Road, being all the land comprised in certificate of title 20D/1054 (Wellington Registry), to “road”.

EXPLANATION—This land was acquired in 1924 for road widening at the corner of Adelaide Road and Luxford Street. Portions have already been vested as road. The Council has continued to lease the existing shops on the balance, and now intends to permit a new shopping complex to be built and leased on the part proposed as “commercial”.

AUCKLAND REGIONAL AUTHORITY

DECLARATION OF AND REVOCATION OF DECLARATION OF ROAD IMPROVEMENT LAND

NOTICE is hereby given that in pursuance of the powers vested in it by section 373 of the Local Government Act 1974, and every other power enabling it in that behalf, the Auckland Regional Authority hereby resolves that the land described in the First Schedule hereto be declared road improvement land and that the existing declaration (made by resolution of the Authority) that the lands described in the Second Schedule together with certain other lands were required for highway improvement pursuant to section 34L of the Auckland Regional Authority Act 1963 (which said resolutions and declarations take effect as if made under the said section 373 of the Local Government Act 1974), be revoked in so far as and to the extent that such declarations apply to the lands described in the Second Schedule hereto, but not otherwise.

ALL those portions of land situated in Mount Wellington and One Tree Hill Boroughs in the North Auckland Registration District, shown stippled on the Authority’s Drawings Nos. 712215-01, 02, 03, and 712315-01 and generally described as follows:
