Classification of Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, to be classified as a reserve for scenic purposes, subject to the provisions of Section 19 (1), (a), of the said Act.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—OTOROHANGA DISTRICT—
WAIHARAKEKE STREAM SCENIC RESERVE

25.2300 hectares, more or less, being Section 22, Block VI, Kawhia South Survey District. All New Zealand Gazette, 1977, page 2751, S.O. Plan 49244.

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Hokianga County Council and Revocation of the Reservation over Part of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Hokianga County Council and revokes the reservation over that part of the reserve for local purpose (site for municipal buildings), described in the Schedule hereto.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—HOKIANGA COUNTY

405 square metres, more or less, being Section 258 (formerly part Section 7), Town of Rawene, situated in Block XIV, Mangamuka Survey District, Part certificate of title 738/71. S.O. Plan 55298.

Cancellation of Registration as a Teacher

PURSUANT to section 135 (1) of the Education Act 1964, the name of David Murray Bayliss has been removed from the Teachers Register and his teachers certificate and registration have been cancelled.

New Zealand - Australia Free Trade Agreement

Application for the Approval of Goods as Determined Imported Materials—Notice 1981/2

NOTICE is hereby given that application has been made to Australia for the approval of the goods, described in the Schedule hereto, as determined imported materials in accordance with Australian legislation relating to the rules governing the origin of goods “wholly manufactured”.

Any person wishing to lodge an objection to New Zealand supporting these applications should do so in writing on or before 24 April 1981. Submissions should include a reference to the application number, tariff item, and description of the goods concerned, be addressed to the Comptroller of Customs, Private Bag, Wellington, for the attention of the Director, Trade Division, and be supported by information as to the quality, range, supply, etc., of the goods or suitable alternative goods produced in New Zealand.
