PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a
sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into,
the land in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject as
to the land firstly described to the fencing covenant contained
in Transfer 293482, and subject as to the land secondly
described, to the right of way created by Transfer S. 207153,
and the fencing covenant contained in the said Transfer S.
207153, South Auckland Land District, for State housing pur-
poses, from and after the 26th day of March 1981.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment
Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby
proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule
hereto, which land shall vest in the Dannevirke County
Council; hereby proclaims as closed the road described in
the Second Schedule hereto for the purposes of
subsection (6) of the said Section 29, and hereby declares
that the road described in the Third Schedule shall, when so
