Declaring Road in Block IX, Waipu Survey District, Otamatea
County, to be a Government Road and to be Stopped

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of
Works and Development hereby:

(a) Declares the piece of road described in the Schedule
hereto to be a Government road, and

(b) Stops the said road;

and further, pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works
Act 1928, declares the stopped Government road to be Crown
land, subject to the Land Act 1948, as from the 19th day
of March 1981.
