PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated the 15th day of December 1980, published in Gazette, 15 January 1981, No. 1, at page 10, declaring land taken for a State primary school in the City of Waitemata pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, by omitting the Schedule, and substituting the following Schedule:
