OF KIT PARTS LIMITED:

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of
the above-named company by the High Court was, on the
3rd day of March 1981, presented to the said Court by JAMES
WILLIAM HARDIMAN, District Commissioner of Inland Revenue
at Lower Hutt; and the said petition is directed to be heard
before the Court sitting at Wellington, on Wednesday, the
8th day of April 1981, at 10 a.m. in the forenoon; and any
creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to
support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition
may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel
for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished
by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said
company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge
for the same.

pany having its registered office at Christchurch; and the

at Christchurch, on the 1st day of April 1981, at 10 o’clock
in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said
company desirous to support or oppose the making of an
order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing

HASTINGS CITY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

IN THE MATTER of the Public Works Act 1928, and in the
matter of the Local Government Act 1974:

NOTICE is hereby given that the Hastings City Council at
Hastings proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works
Act 1928, to execute a certain public work, namely a housing
development presently known as the Whitehead Road Com-
munity Housing Development, and for the purpose of such
public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is
required to be taken; and notice is hereby further given that
a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in
the public office of the Town Clerk to the said Council
at Lyndon Road, Hastings, and is there open for inspection
without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours. All
persons affected by the execution of the said public work or
by the taking of the said land should, if they have any
objections to the execution of the said public work or to the
taking of the said land, not being objections to the amount
or payment of compensation, set forth such objection in
writing and to send such writing within forty (40) days from
the first publication of this notice to the Hastings City
Council, addressed to the Town Clerk at his said office.
If any objection is made in accordance with this notice,
a public hearing of the objection will be heard, unless the
objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised
of the time and place of the hearing.

PURSUANT to regulation 15 of the Wool Industry Regulations
1978, notice is hereby given that the Adjusted Weighted
Average Sale Price for the sale held on 4 March 1981 at
Christchurch was 245.87 cents per kilogram (greasy basis).

As this price is above the Government’s supplementary
minimum wool price of 235 cents per kilogram (greasy basis)
no supplement is payable on wool until further notice.

There is likewise no grower retention levy payable in terms
of section 42 of the Wool Industry Act 1977, as the
A.W.A.S.P. is less than the ruling trigger price of 330 cents
per kilogram (greasy basis).
